Refund Policy

1. Overview

Describe Image sells credits and subscription access for AI-assisted image and short video description features. This policy explains how cancellations, failed requests, and refund requests are handled.

2. Failed AI Requests and Credit Returns

If a paid generation request fails because of a service-side processing error, we may automatically return the deducted credits when the failure is detected. Credits are not normally returned for successful requests, for user-provided content issues, or for results you simply decide not to use.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You should cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid the next renewal charge. After cancellation, your subscription access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We are more likely to approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or confirmed service failures that prevented use of a paid feature. We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods or refunds for credits that have already been consumed by successful requests.

5. One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are generally final once credits are delivered to your account. If you believe a purchase was duplicated, unauthorized, or not delivered correctly, contact us so we can review it.

6. Payment Processors

Payments may be processed by Creem, Stripe, or another payment provider. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to appear, depending on the processor and your bank.

Contact support@describeimage.io with your account email, order number if available, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
